
Geza Bujdosó, Dr.
Dr. Geza Bujdosó is a scientific advisor at Research Center for Fruit Growing, Institute for Horticultural Sciences, Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life Sciences, in Budapest (Hungary).
He is also head of European Fruit Research Institute Network (EUFRIN), and the chair of the Working Group chair, Nut Tree Working Group, EUFRIN.
One of his research topics Persian walnut (Juglans regia L.) breeding, and evaluation of genotypes, accessions, cultivars derived from different breeding workshops. Furthermore, innovations in the growing technology also belong to his research portfolio. Beside walnut topic ha deals with evaluation of cherry rootstocks and orchard systems among Hungarian conditions.
