One participation fee covers:

– all participants must be registered.

– all proof of payments must be sent e-mail to the Organization Secretariat.

– the costs for publication maximum one oral and poster presentation, or maximum two posters as first author; after peer review process.

– the abstract publication in the Book of abstracts (ISSN 2392-6937);

The participation fee not included:

• conference tour – 250 lei / 50 Euro
