
Sante Roperto, Prof. PhD.
Sante Roperto, born in Caserta on 14 November 1977, is an associate professor of Infectious Disease at the Department of Medicine Veterinary and Animal Productions (DMVPA), the Federico II University of Naples and is a Diplomate of ECVM (European College of Veterinary Microbiology).
He is author of 96 papers published on scientific journal with high impact factor (h-index 28). He was referee of Oncogene, BMC Veterinary Research, British Journal of Cancer, Journal of General Virology and PLoS ONE. He is professor of General Microbiology at the DMVPA of the Naples University from 2004. He is professor of Batteriology and Hygiene at the Specializzation School in Infectious Diseaes at the DMVPA of the Naples University from 2004. He was professor of Veterinary Microbiology and Immunology in the Veterinary Medicine School of Catanzaro University “Magna Graecia” for seven years. He was professor of Infectious Disease I in the Veterinary Medicine School of Magna Graecia University of Catanzaro from 2006 to 2011. He was professor of Viral Epidemiology and Phisiopathology of Genital System of Farm Animals at the Veterinary Medicine School Magna Graecia University of Catanzaro. He is member of the Editorial Board of ‘Pathogens’.
