
Prof. dr Dejan Prvulović
Dejan Prvulović is Associate Professor of Chemistry and Biochemistry at the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Novi Sad, Serbia. He was graduated Biology and Chemistry, and obtained MSc and PhD degree in Biochemistry.
He was Scientific Responsible for the Serbia-Belarus bilateral project “Phenolic composition and antioxidant capacity of sweet and sour cherries-Serbian and Belarus selections” (2018-2019) and participate on several international and national projects. He was member of scientific and organizing committees of national and international scientific conferences and meetings. He has conducted research, training and teaching in different European countries (Italy, Estonia, Romania, Austria etc.) and USA, and published more than 150 papers in international and national scientific journals and in congress proceedings.
Her main research interest fall in the field of Plant Biochemistry and Technology: plant response to different biotic and abiotic stress factors, oxidative stress in plants and animals, botanical pesticides and their mode of action on different organisms and phenolic compounds and antioxidative systems in fruits.
