
Dietmar Haltrich, Prof. PhD.
Dietmar Haltrich is a professor for food biotechnology at BOKU – University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna, Austria.
He received his education in biochemical engineering at the University of Technology, Graz, Austria. He is a distinguished professor at Suranaree University of Technology, Thailand, and he has been visiting professor to several Asian universities in Indonesia, Singapore and Vietnam. He has a keen interest in enzymology and the application of enzymes in biocatalysis. He has published more than 250 peer-review articles with an h-index of 58.
