
Răzvan RADU-RUSU, Assoc. Prof. PhD
Assoc. prof. Răzvan RADU-RUSU, PhD is part of the teaching and research team in Iași University of Life Sciences, Romania.
He graduated BSc degrees with majors in Animal Sciences and Food Engineering, then pursued his professional development following a MSc degree in Animal Nutrition and a PhD degree in Poultry Science, with main research topics focused on meat quality. Nowadays, his research priorities lie within the same fields of knowledge, in order to investigate the connections between animal anatomy and physiology, biology of productions, influential factors on food quality and its modern assessment methods, as well. He is eager to contribute to the advance of applied life sciences and to the open know-how exchange on national and world-wide levels, as member of several professional associations, such as: Romanian Society of Animal Production (branch of European Association for Animal Production), World’s Poultry Science Association, Association of Romanian Food Engineering Specialists. Hence the education and self-development is a life-long challenge, he considers that everyone could be enriched from each other’s achievements or errors, as well, and kindly invites you to exchange your great ideas and experiences throughout the 21st International Conference – Life Sciences for Sustainable Develoment – UASVM Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
