
Eladl Eltanahy, Assoc. Prof. PhD
Eladl Eltanahy is an associate professor of microalgae to the Faculty of Science, Mansoura University, Egypt.
He has been working in the field of algae since 2002. He studied the effect of using microalgae on the growth of tilapia fish. He is also specialized in studying the salt-resistant microalgae Dunaliella and the effect of different cultivation methods on its antioxidant content and beta-carotene in particular. He visited the Murdoch University in Western Australia on a postdoctoral mission, during which he studied the growth of algae on the waste of pig farms. Then he visited the University of Queensland in Australia for three years, during which he was able to publish many articles in various fields, the most important of which is the production of unsaturated fatty acids EPA & DHA.
