Dietmar Haltrich is a professor for food biotechnology at BOKU – University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna, Austria.

Prof. Cotea Valeriu PhD is currently Romania’s expert at the International Organisation of Vine and Wine (OIV), where he regularly participates in meetings of this intergovernmental organisation where he has held various positions: President of the Expert Group “International Code of Oenological Practices” (2001-2006), president of the Expert Group “Oenological Product Specifications” (2007-2013), president of the Oenological Commission (2012-2015), vice-president of the Oenological Commission (2015-2018), and currently Scientific Secretary of the Oenological Commission of the OIV.

Dr Oscar Vicente is a Professor of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the Department of Biotechnology and a research group leader at the Institute for the Conservation and Improvement of Valencian Agrodiversity (COMAV), Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV), Spain.
