Attila Zsolnai, Ph.D.
Attila Zsolnai (PhD) is working at the National Agricultural Research Centre – Research Institute for Animal Breeding, Nutrition and Food Science in Hungary. His scientific activities are including but not limited to molecular genetic characterization of wild and domesticated animals such as wildboar, pig, sheep, cattle, etc… He is also involved in feeding experiments where microbiota change in the gut is under scrutiny and in Genome Wide Association studies.
He is a mentor of five PhD students at University of Kaposvár (Hungary), author of chapters in two books and author of two lecture notes. International and Hungarian research projects led to 70+ peer-reviewed publications over several propagatory article for the public. Study trips have been accomplished in The Netherlands, USA, Germany, Portugal, Singapore, South-Africa and Croatia.
